SK CRM · customers, leads & deals

The CRM that fills itself.

Every CRM dies the same death: nobody types things in. So we removed the typing. Your AI agents answer the calls and chats — and write the lead, the interests, the call log and the booking into SK CRM in one atomic step. Your team works the pipeline.

Why it's different

Most CRMs are databases waiting for discipline.
This one updates itself.

The data-entry problem isn't a training problem — it's a design problem. SK CRM was designed for a world where the agents do the writing and people do the deciding.

A call becomes a customer — atomically

When SK Voice hangs up, the lead, its product interests, the call log and the appointment are created in one transaction. All of it lands, or none of it does — there is no such thing as a half-written customer, a booking without a lead, or a lead missing its call.

  • One finalize step: lead + interests + calls + appointments
  • Recording and transcript attached to the record
  • The same contract SK Chat and your booking pages write through

Your customers never repeat themselves

Every answer a customer gives — city, budget, preferred time — is captured once and carried forward. The next conversation, even about a different product, starts pre-filled. Your agents ask only what's new; your customers feel known.

  • Cross-product carry-forward of collected fields
  • The context bundle every agent reads before "hello"
  • Custom fields with conditional logic, defined by you

Your team works deals, not data entry

A lead inbox with live counts, saved segments your team shares, and pipelines whose stages you define. The lifecycle is a guarded state machine — leads can't silently skip qualification, and lost isn't a graveyard: revival paths bring them back when they return.

  • Lead inbox with filters, owners and full-text search
  • Guarded lifecycle transitions, with revival from lost
  • Deals, pipelines and stages your admins shape — plus saved segments, private or shared

Follow-ups that follow through

Multi-step sequences across email, SMS, WhatsApp and Slack — written once, executed reliably, logged on the timeline. The quote chase, the service reminder, the win-back: they run whether or not anyone remembered.

  • Multi-step, multi-channel: email · SMS · WhatsApp · Slack
  • Delivered through SK Notifications — circuit breakers and fallbacks included
  • Every send lands on the contact's timeline

A history that can't be rewritten

Every activity appends to an immutable timeline — calls, edits, sends, stage moves. Nothing is ever silently changed, so "who touched this lead and when" always has an answer. And one contact can wear two hats: customer, vendor, or both — with the sales pipeline gated by role.

  • Append-only activity timeline on every contact
  • Customer / vendor / both — role-specific extensions, one identity
  • Deactivate-only lifecycle — history never breaks

That's five of many.

Tasks and activities, custom fields with conditional logic, full-text search, the voice ingestion contract, webhooks — every capability, illustrated.

The record everything else trusts.

SK CRM is the suite's customer source of truth: SK Voice reads it before answering a call, SK Chat reads it mid-thread, Billing invoices against it, and every product references contacts by ID — never copies. One Priya, everywhere.

Fair questions, straight answers.

Do I need the AI agents to use SK CRM?
No — it's a complete CRM on its own: inbox, pipelines, deals, tasks, segments, sequences. The agents are what make it self-filling; without them it's still the cleanest CRM your team will use, and they can be switched on later without migration.
What happens to the data when an agent makes a mistake?
Nothing is ever silently overwritten. Corrections append to the timeline like everything else, the original stays visible, and lifecycle transitions are guarded — so a bad write is visible, attributable and fixable, not buried.
Can I shape it to my business?
Pipelines, stages, custom fields with conditional logic, segments and sequences are all yours to define. The role model (customer / vendor / both) means your suppliers and buyers live as one identity — without vendor records polluting your sales pipeline.
